you start to realize there was a lot more human value in the job.

I'll give you an example.

Starbucks decided it could automate the coffee queue, get rid of all the baristas, and then suddenly realized actually putting your name on that cardboard cup and mispronouncing your name at the end of the process, that was part of what we valued about their product.

And now they're rehiring all their baristas because what they're realizing in a world of AI, the human connection becomes more valuable.

Certain tasks might be valuable.

taken away from our job, it would make us more valuable potentially.

So that's the potential good news story that suddenly actually there's a human premium and that we can see now the role humans play.

But there is huge dangers as well.

I mean, even for Ireland, we've been warned by the IMF that we're more exposed where there might be job losses, which is the backroom jobs, the clerical work, the stuff that could be done remotely.

Obviously, it's very more difficult to get onto that first rung of the job ladder if you're a graduate now as well.

So again, there's positives and negatives here right now.

But the positive is the realization that with the right kind of incentives, there will be a human premium in a lot more jobs than we thought there was.

Yeah.

And the people who are the engineers need to have the arts and science or the arts background as well.

And the people in the arts and science need to know about the science part.

So, you know, it's a little bit of both, you know, have my kids are doing their exams and my son's doing the leave insert.

Like I thought six months ago, maybe should recommend woodwork, but actually now I'm thinking, well, he could get a combination of that sort of arts humanities and also that technical ability.

And I think that's the magic mix because companies will become a lot flatter, you know, more power devolved to people.

And I think that's going to be one of the challenges for the next generation is they're going to be managing themselves more with AI.

And I think that's going to be, again, positive and negative.
