Like it's crazy.
I mean, this needs to be.
You graduate high school, you go to one year of school to prepare you for the next eight years of your life, basically an individual contributor.
Then you go back to school for a year to prepare for the next eight years of your life, which is basically managing people.
Then you go back to school for a year to prepare for the next eight years of your life, which is basically running companies.
