I'm talking about guys who have been in the environment that are old heads, who know how to lead and cap them aside.

And the other one for me, and I think he's been superb,

And that is Brad Shields.

Now, everyone might laugh at me and go, Brad Shields.

I think he played nine or 10 tests for England.

He's now eligible for the All Blacks.

He came back in 2024 and said, look, I do want to be an All Black still.
