And so part of this is the bed that he made.
But also, I played for the organization.
There are dear people in it that are really, really kind, good people.
But generally, the way it's run league wide, they're known as being a little short in a lot of areas to be kind about it.
And I think he's starting to feel that effect of my career is in the hands of an organization that I don't know has all their ducks in a row.
It's a band-aid.
