And I would say expand the networking.

Women network very comfortably with men.

So I'll go back to one of my original premises, which is that not stopping my push and my want for a true parity and equality now, but I would turn around and say time can heal this.

If we continue to make gains and our children, boys and girls, are raised to appreciate the value of each person as an individual, not defined by gender, then perhaps in time the idea that, you know, a guy being intimidated by a woman who is strong and in power, that might disappear.

I would hope so.

because we really do have a lot of great stuff to bring to the table, guys.

I don't know that the IFA as an organization – well, we could have a few more women on the board of directors.

We have more than we've had.

But the ones we have are, I mean, blockbuster.

And some names have already thrown out.

Shelly and Catherine Monson.

And, you know, coming into the chairmanship is Melanie Bergeron, who is amazing.

Susan Blackstrap is on.

We've got great women who are there, but it would be great to see if the numbers started to equalize.

But that can't happen.
