our board can't be reflective of anything other than the makeup of the community.
So it's up to the community to make that change.
I think the ISA does a great job in two ways, through the Women's Franchise Committee and through their Diversity Committee.
And remember that diversity does include diverse gender roles.
So they have been on the forefront of that for many years, way before a lot of other people were doing that.
And if we just stick to that, but look, you know,
look within the organization itself and say, great, do we have great women leaders right within ISA staff?
And we do.
You have Elisa Harrison.
You have Ann Pudiak who are on the VP level.
You want to sit down and just start to look in there and say, not I have to fill a slot with a woman, but,
I have to say I've lost a great talent who's out there.
Be true to yourself.
Be who you are first and foremost.
Don't try and mold yourself.
You can have mentors and you can have role models, but don't try and mold yourself into being anybody other than who you are because then when you take the knowledge you acquire and the skills that you hone and the talents that you decide to implement, they will only be truly effective if
when they are backed by a genuine person.
So you have to be who you are and know what you want, and that also helps you make better career decisions.
I look at it the same as on a corporation level.
No, I don't believe corporations are people.
