And when you see, um, let's say an old fashioned binder, that's a three or a four inch binder being handed to you, people's eyes glaze over.

They have probably reached
upper middle management in their careers, that's what
allowed them to accumulate the wealth to buy the franchise in the first place and they're excellent at managing the development that they had.
But they've never had to take care of everything from
ordering the mundane business supplies to making the strategic decisions.
So you wanna give them some basis on how to be a business owner.

That is your confidential operations manual.
Um, which is going to have to teach them how to be a franchisee.
that they can be in compliance with their agreement, how to actually do the business, how to be a good business administrator and understand the financials and if they're
going up, backward, same same, how are they performing and how do they measure it and how do they fix it?
So you have those basics in your operations manual.
A marketing manual is going to be important, not just to tell um
what the creative is going to be and what your process for getting things approved is, but let them also understand the economic
