Plumbers are all about breaking the rules, because that's how you make water run, is you've got to break rules.
Electricians are all about the rules, because if you don't follow rules, you can get electrocuted.
And so leading a group of plumbers and leading a group of electricians is very different, and it requires a different skill set.
And so oftentimes they're better served by going deeper within their market and us showing them ways that they don't have as much windshield time for their technicians to go to the various homes and being more efficient.
And they make more money that way.
So for us it's rare that they do that, but there are a few occasions where it makes sense.
it?
So it's interesting.
For our brands, our brands fall into one of two different types of categories.
Either it's somebody who's already in the trade, like an electrician or an HVAC technician or somebody who's in the heating, air conditioning, or plumbing, and they are already doing that, but they want to become a better business person.
And they don't need anyone to teach them how to be a better plumber.
They need someone to teach them how to get and keep talent.
They need someone to teach them how to manage their financial picture better so that they can make more money and put more money back in the business and grow the business in the right way.
And so for those, that's one type of franchisee that we work with and look for.
And then in some of our other brands like Five Star Painting and Molly Maid, Mr. Handyman, it's more of what –
Some people refer to it as the white collar refugee.
It's somebody who's been in corporate America, really feels a need and a want to control their own destiny, and is looking for how can they lead a group of people toward that.
And they need to learn a whole different set of not just how to – they might already know how to be a good business person, but they don't know that industry, and so they need to be taught that industry.
But I'll tell you for both of those groups, there's a four-letter word, and it's hard to measure –
And I can't say we get it right all the time, but we look for it all the time and it's called grit.
