I've seen franchisees who come in with lots of money and don't succeed.
I've seen franchisees that come in with next to no money and do really well.
I've seen people that on paper look fantastic and can't execute, but it comes back to do they have the grit to follow the system
to have faith and get through those parts so that they can be successful and they can lead their team towards that success, which goes back to our mission statement of teaching our principles and systems of personal and business success.
So we don't just want to make our franchisees successful on the professional side.
We want their life better across every single part, across the personal part.
And so we look for people who
have the determination, who are willing to, and that's where our code of values do really come in handy because everything, one of our values is communicating honestly and with purpose.
And one of our values is, you know, never saying anything about anyone we don't say to him or her.
And we share that with them and we say, if this doesn't resonate with you, you don't want to belong to this organization because it's not going to be meaningful to you.
And so it's,
You know, you've got to, of course, in all franchisors, you've got to make sure that they have enough resources that they can be successful.
You need to make sure that they fully understand and they're coming in eyes wide open.
You know, you want to make sure that they have the drive.
You know, we'll do the disk profile, and we like people with high Ds because they have the drive to keep driving that business.
But it comes down to the grit they have to work through the system to get to what winning looks like.
