But I'd say it's one of the hardest things out there is Texas.
And I commend you because I know how hard that test is.
People don't realize that the average plumber is four-year education.
I mean, you're hearing a lot now from politicians who are starting to say, ooh, we probably need to start paying attention to the trades and getting kids in the trades because the average plumber, the kid that goes through plumbing school, is going to get paid while they're learning.
They're going to come out making more money than the average person who's coming out with –
some of the college degrees out there.
And we are in what I call the golden age of service right now.
There's this great tailwind that we have going on.
Millennials, they can't fix anything because we took shop out of the classes and out of school.
They didn't grow up learning how to fix things, so they can't fix anything.
Their parents don't want to fix anything.
And the last statistics, the U.S.
Census Bureau on the annual housing survey, six out of ten homeowners have seven or more projects
on their home repair to-do list.
And there was a new poll that said nearly three out of every five homeowners plan to spend money on a home improvement project this year.
And 36% of those will hire a pro to do that work.
So we're in this really golden age of service where people can't or won't fix things, but yet there are not enough people out there to do the work.
And so that's where we're spending our time is helping our franchisees understand, one,
how to be really good leaders so they can get and find good talent and keep good talent because it's all about leadership for keeping good talent.
