My PB, again, was off the... I had a double race weekend.
So I raced Liverpool Cross, which is like European qualifiers for cross country.
And then I had to like... And like basically work.
Like I had work to do with ASOS for this Nike 10K.
And I was like, yeah, I'll just do it for work.
Rocked up and ended up running 36.18.
And that was like my new PB.
And I was like, again, like I need to like, I should have ran a genuine race at that point because I would have been able to go so much quicker.
It was like that race was in the XL, like laps of inside.
So I was like, if I was to do soccer now, I'd like to think I could go quicker than that.
But I don't know if I can in six weeks.
Well, I was actually talking to my friend about this this morning because she's doing a 5K in like a month or so.
And she wants to do a sub 20, which obviously is a big goal.
Four minute Ks back on.
Yeah.
And I was saying to her, I was like, I think the perfect way to run that, which is probably how I wouldn't run any other race.
But I think purely because a 5K is short and you get those seconds mean so much.
is you you will I I would personally if I was to pace I would want to go out like 358s like I wouldn't go like let's go out 405s and bring it down I think you do want to bank a bit of time because realistically halfway through a 5k you're gonna be in hell city anyway so I think you want to be like I think you want to get to two and a half k and be like okay I've banked like

You're going to be there, so you might as well be there with four to five seconds of gain.
