But the first, like, 200 metres was, like, a three-minute pace.
And I was like, we don't need to do this.
And also, like, the way he paced me, I keep saying, I was like, next time you pace me, you know, like, the whole point of pacing is that you're, like, you're on someone's shoulder.
So you're kind of, like, gaining, the fact that you're gaining, the fact that you're, like, on their tail.
He was just five metres ahead the whole time.
I was like, I probably would have run so much quicker if you'd actually, like, been there on me.
I just got asked if I wanted to do Saucony 10K in, like, six weeks, and I was like... The idea of, like, standing on a start line and, like, aiming to do, like, sub-36 minutes for a 10K in six weeks, I was like...
Yeah.
Well, no.
My PB, again, was off the... I had a double race weekend.
So I raced Liverpool Cross, which is like European qualifiers for cross country.
And then I had to like... And like basically work.
Like I had work to do with ASOS for this Nike 10K.
And I was like, yeah, I'll just do it for work.
Rocked up and ended up running 36.18.
And that was like my new PB.
And I was like, again, like I need to like, I should have ran a genuine race at that point because I would have been able to go so much quicker.
It was like that race was in the XL, like laps of inside.
So I was like, if I was to do soccer now, I'd like to think I could go quicker than that.
But I don't know if I can in six weeks.
