So I'm like, if you look at me as, like, an anomaly, and then you look to, like, my Strava, you'd be like, oh, she ran, like, an easy 10K today, but my heart rate was probably, like, 168.
But that's, like, completely chilled for me.
So I think heart rate is hard to determine unless you've done a VO2 max test.
Because it's kind of irrelevant.
So I'd say, like, you just want to be sat.
Like, I'd always say, like, take a minute.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
I actually can't remember.
Yeah, mid-60s 2.8 or something like that.
Well.
No, it doesn't.
Yeah, but I also think there's, like, a Nivea team actually can actually, like, look at a bit more level playing field.
Like, if it was two boys, you'd be able to, like, even if your weight was different, because it is literally your cardiovascular fitness.
So you can look at a little bit more level playing field.

To your question, I think the biggest mistake people make when they're trying to get quick at running is running their easy runs too fast.
I always think like take a minute off whatever your race pace is.
So if you're running, if you want to do your marathon pace is five minute Ks, then you should be running all your easy runs six minutes and slower.
Like I know a lot of people who's like marathon pace, you know, might be like 445s and they're running their easy runs at 445.
