I think I'm going to do a world major.
I haven't actually said it online which one I'm going to do.
But I think I'm going to do a slow, which is really obvious which one I'll do, a slower world major at the end of the year.

I personally have hated every single London person.

Like, the general race is obviously very enjoyable.

understood my community and like the like the community I've built like when running a marathon like I think that's beautiful and like that's really cool but like race as an athlete I've always had a horrible time but I hope but also I think I've like I had a friend my best friend right this year had a horrible time so I think it's kind of like a bit hit and miss I think you can either like completely love London enjoy it and it's like the best thing ever or you just like hate it yeah but I also think like as it's like our home turf marathon I think it gives you an extra like
umph to do well like my mate this year ran like an eight minute PB yeah and like completely like just like was like euphoric day
How interesting, you have that, like, do you have it as a 5K split on your watch?
But your watch is just like your watch face and then you're like, oh, I'm going to aim for like 21 minutes every 5K or whatever.
But you'll just look at it and add that up.
Do you know because some people have it on their watch.
