I like to do it on a Tuesday because I do it on the same day as a session, so I just completely fuck myself up.
Because I'm like, if I'm fucked, I might as well do my gym session.
So Wednesday, I'm like so bad that I'm just crawling through my run.
Instead of doing my easy run and then doing my session and then doing my strength on a Wednesday afternoon and being worried about waking up Thursday with DOMS.
So I do it all on a Tuesday.
And then Friday, I'd either maybe do a Pilates or a swim.
Oh, there's been quite a few.
Off the back of my stress fracture, I got a lot of press on overtraining.
And my response to that is,
everyone must do the training that they need to do.
And also like no one, it's kind of like when people comment on other people's relationships, I was like, never comment on someone else's relationship because you're not behind the closed doors.
You can't comment on other athletes training because you don't know them.
Unless you genuinely have known them since being a child.
Like these magazines are commenting on me as an influencer.
And I was like, you don't know I've been running since I was eight.
So I've been doing 60 mile weeks since I was 14.
So politely, I'm not overtraining for myself.
Yes, that might be overtraining for the average person who's watching my videos, correct.
But I do think you have a level of like, you need to watch what you're taking in online.
Doesn't mean that you should do that.
