But I learned a lot from him in the sales side of things.

And I learned a lot of financial advice from Grant as well when it comes to investing in real estate and...

Because his whole real estate plan with the multifamilies that he pushes is the direction I'm going as I'm building my portfolio.

But he also had a lot of good things to say because he did a mastermind down in Miami.

I wasn't there, but I learned from people who were there.

And he talked about sometimes you have to shut down a profitable offer to make room for something even better, which is fantastic.

what I eventually did for my own companies, where my very first business was a coaching program for trumpet players, believe it or not.
