There is a very clear and defined division of labor.
And again, to your point, not to repeat the same things, but there's a tremendous amount of collaboration that literally and figuratively begins on the first day.
So when someone accepts their invitation to be on the national team, I immediately begin collaborating with not only them, but their personal coach.
And so then their personal coach feels valued.
They feel invited into the conversation.
And so they understand their role.
And when everybody has very clear and defined roles, then it really works like a well-oiled machine.
And so in our case,
it worked really well and I just feel very blessed and very fortunate for that.
So yeah, I would encourage other countries to, to, to do, you know, similar, similar things.
Yeah, I think it was a phenomenal session.
I think I remember saying on the preview show that I thought one of the key performance metrics that were boxes that was going to have to get checked for Michael Slavik was making that third squat.
And he did to the tune of 230 kilos, which was pretty damn impressive because I know in the past.
he has talked about, you know, not being able, or he's had a couple of meets in a row where he hasn't been able to connect the dots on that third squat because of the recomp and so forth and the belt fitting differently.
So it was really nice to see him check that box of going ahead and hitting that 230 kilo PB on the squat.
And then of course we got into the benches and I'm, and I'm trying to remember why Michael missed his opener.
Do you recall Ryan, why he missed his bench opener?
I did, but yeah,
Nevertheless, he went up five Qs, which I think clearly was a smart move, right?
Because, you know, it kept him in the game, you know, so to speak.
