We're so encouraged to be outside the moment and distracted and worried and be career-minded and work-minded.

Always have goals, whether it's in relationships or whatever it is.

You know, we're not going to be remembering that stuff.

We're going to be remembering the people.

We're going to remember feelings and emotions.

So it's like a photograph.

You know, you have a photograph taken on a day and you can think, I look awful.

And you think of all the stress that you've got going on in your life.

Ten years later, you'll see that same photograph and think,

I looked amazing.

And you won't be thinking of the stress.

You'll be thinking of the people who are around you at the moment, the relatives who are still alive and all of that.

So how do we have that feeling as we go through life rather than looking back?
