I mean, what I was diagnosed with was panic disorder, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder.
So, you know, compulsive little things and thoughts.
But it was a panic attack.
But you think of a panic attack.
If you say to someone you're having a panic attack, they think, oh, it's 10 minutes.
You can walk it off or breathe into a paper bag and then get back on with it.
That's what I've always thought a panic attack was.
And so we were, I was panicking and we were near the sea and I asked Andrea, I said, we need to walk to the sea.
Even though I'd been unhealthy and I had been drinking drugs in my life before that age, there hadn't been at this point.
We were actually, we were living in Ibiza, but this was our third year there.
Andrea had a proper job.
She was an office manager for this big firm there.
And I had a job.
It was a little bit more casual.
It was selling tickets in a bar.
Yes.
We'd gone to Barcelona on holiday.
I'd always been a bit snobby about Ibiza and I didn't want to go.
But these local Barcelona people, oh, if you want to party in the week...
You have to get on a ferry and go to Ibiza.
