I couldn't have done it.

I'd discovered my own... Because, as I said, I'd been given anti-anxiety pills, which hadn't been right for me.

I wish I'd pursued other medical routes because I think I would have found one that did work for me.

But...

But I became a little bit phobic about medical health because I tried a pill that had made me feel a bit worse.

I was then reluctant about trying other things.

I mean, I gave it all up then.

And, you know, I relapsed later on.

But I stopped drinking, smoking drugs all at the same moment in 1999 at the age of 24.

And, yeah, that was the easiest decision in the world.

Where are you today, mentally?

Mentally?

Well, I no longer ever say...

I'm like inverted commas better because that's what I used to say.

And the moment you sort of have this binary between wellness and illness and you start to feel ill, then with mental stuff, you can start to feel very ill because you think, Oh, Oh, I'm not well.

So I'm ill.

And then you become really ill.

Uh, so I never sort of play those tricks.

When did you have the last bad bout though?

Oh, well, but really bad bout.
