And Vegas, again, I can't remember, but they fired their coach two weeks before the year and then they make the Stanley Cup final.

All I'm saying is that it was a really wide open year because Florida was really bad.

And it was fairly evident that they were not going to be very bad for very long.

Then you had the Toronto Maple Leafs that were struggling to say the least.

The East just seemed wide open and there for the taking.

And there's this hesitation of, oh, you don't want to rush into it.

You want to wait for the right time.

When does the right time become?

Because Florida is going to be good for the foreseeable future, we think.

Buffalo has arrived and there are a ton of other teams that are developing as well.

So there's never really a perfect opportunity.

And, you know, let's say that perfect opportunity comes three years down the road.

Nick Suzuki is 29 and Cole Caulfield is 28.

And that might not be so old, but they're going to start to get to the wrong side of their primes.

So that's why I think the contention window and the cup window is definitely open because of the core that they have.

It's just a matter of what they surround the core with.

With the roster that there is as it's currently constructed, no.
