And then from the inspiration side of things...
Then everybody come in, nobody complained, but nobody loved it.
Really, it's just how I grew up.
I didn't, like I said, I don't want to get too, I mean, we can, but I don't want to make it all about that.
But I had a relatively rough childhood.
I spent a lot of time spending the night at other people's houses.
And I grew up in a neighborhood that was very, very culturally diverse.
We had, you know, I grew up in a time like Sierra Leone had the Civil War.
So my neighborhood had a bunch of people
that had moved from that.
Bosnia, same thing.
I had a lot of Bosnian people in my neighborhood.
It's just very, very culturally diverse.
So my best friends were from all over the world.
So I got exposed to so many different types of food.
I didn't always have food to eat at my house.
So I think it goes back to what you feel like you can do well when you're designing a menu.
So I spent a lot of time eating at other people's houses.
So people might look at me like, who's this white guy cooking X, Y, and Z?
