So we can dominate in that way.
Or in terms of commercial real estate, you can look at also if you're if you're good at SEO, you might want to look at something like a SaaS business, which could really benefit from SEO.
A lot of SaaS owners, they're really good technically wise, and they and they're highly, highly valuable assets, online assets.
SaaS businesses are worth a fortune now.
They sell on a much higher multiple.
If you're good at SEO,
That's the bit where you can add massive value.
So I would view a high quality SaaS business as like a premium commercial property.
You're going to pay more, but it's potentially worth a lot more to a good SEO as long as you've got someone who can, you know, tweak up the SaaS side.
And also, Ben, you can buy much bigger sites.
So we've got, I'll give you just one other real quick, cute example in terms of a commercial property.
We had a client that bought uh in the US, so Dave and Connor, father and son team, they are commercial property real estate investors.
That's how they made all their wealth, significant wealth in commercial properties throughout America.
And when they learnt off us,
They went out and bought a pet website.
And it's just, if any of us SEOers saw it, like visually, you would have no idea that this thing generates millions of views every single month.
I had so much fun helping them going through the Google Analytics.
It was just fascinating.
