Obviously they did, n nothing for each, so um yeah, obviously that's that's gonna happen and um

I'm not sure we go on that run without that start.

Uh just 'cause you learn so much about yourself.

I'm not saying I wouldn't have loved to start like Winnipeg, but at the same time going through these things early, rather than go on a hot streak for six months and then the last month of the year before the playoffs, you're starting to struggle and you don't really know, oh, what do we do now?

But last year I thought we went through every bit of adversity that we could and

and and we learned a lot about each other and and what we need to do as a group to be successful and uh hopefully

This is that time for this group.

Um and that we didn't have to go maybe as deep as we did last year.

Um and hopefully we're turning the corner here and a and getting some um yeah, that that we've learned enough and and 'cause it's it's easy when everything is going right.

I mean when when things are going against you and when when uh adversity hits that's when you learn about yourself, about your teammates and and how you're gonna respond as a group and if you look at last year

I think the responding part was what got us where we went.

Um so I think it is a big part of it.

I think it is a building process and I'm not saying I always I mean I'd I'd obviously rather start twenty and oh if I could every year, but um at the same time I think that there's value going through these lessons.

I feel like that's not just Edmonton National.

I feel that's different teams.

I think we have teams right now that they have our number and we just can't find a way and it's it can go on for for months or even years and then sometimes it just flip flops the other way and I it seems like now y you have their number or whatever it is.

It's funny how hockey works that way.

Sometimes some teams you just feel better against and and you do better against and and some teams you just can't seem to find a break.
