Yeah, and I really feel like I'm a sensitive sleeper.

I put the earplugs in, like I um I really want to try and like protect that that time.

Um I also wanted to be on a better sleep schedule.

So in 2024 and other races, I often end up like riding until like midnight and that last hour I'm I'm pretty sluggish and slow.

I really just want to sleep and I'm kind of stuck like pushing till I get to the hotel or get to the camping spot or

whatever or whatever target I have set out.

And this time I was a bit better about stopping earlier.

I think because I had the freedom to bivy and I knew that I was gonna bivy.

So I didn't have to make it to an artificial target.

I could just like shut it down and then you know set the timer to to sleep and and wake up earlier.

So I definitely did a better job of uh riding within daylight hours.

And I think this is something I did a pretty good job with in um and Silk Road as well.

Like I

I uh didn't yeah, I didn't ride until like one AM or anything.

I would stop before midnight and and then just get up really early.

Um so I think that really

Yeah, that played well for me.

I enjoy riding a little bit before sunrise and a little bit after sunset.

But if it gets too far after sunset, like I I start slowing down and I think
