And I'm glad that I started it as early as I did because then it was able to grow with the business.

And truly, I mean, someone like you or a client that comes to me, they kind of already know me.

They know my platform.

They know what I stand for.

They can research all sorts of stuff.

So it's just instant kind of connection to be able to start working with someone.

So I do find a lot of value in the social media piece, even though that was never

my passion, if you will.

It's kind of a necessary piece of the job in my mind.

But I do think that's a huge piece of the growth, like you're saying.

Yes.

Yeah, it was definitely during COVID.

And it was probably 2018.

I linked up with a coach for the first time.

And again, like the people I run with in town, like no one had a coach.

Like I felt kind of ridiculous for getting a coach, but I was trying to break three hours in the marathon.

And I was like, I don't know how to do this myself.

So I need some help.

So the coaching group that I became a part of was a bigger group of coaches.
