Uh prep was really good, I thought.

It's my best prep yet.

Um definitely ramped up as I got more into my peak.

Um I didn't actually post my top lifts, so yeah, what I post on social media is like last warm-ups and sometimes second to last warm-ups.

So that's yeah, not accurate at all.

Um I sit really close to fifty-two's.

I sit

at fifty two and a half, so everything is really predictable.

Mm.

Um so yeah, my prep went perfectly.

I didn't get injured, which has happened the la last year.

I did five comps in six months.

And so I had a niggle every single comp.

And so

Like it it was an injury but I trained through it, you know, so I count it more as a niggle.

This time my goal with Worlds was it's mine to lose and so my goal was do not get injured.

So don't push too hard, you know?

Uh so I was just taking the box with all my lifts.

And then I ended the peak on a really good total.
