Uh, with squats, I they felt really heavy but like looking at the bar speed it was absolutely fine.
Um so I wouldn't have minded dropping my opener if I'm honest.
Um but the yeah, the bar speed looked fine and so we just left it as is, 'cause I was like, I can squat one sixty seven.
Like, you know, that's pretty easy and I can definitely squat seventy two, so we're fine there.
Um
Yeah, things didn't feel amazing, which is ridiculous because I don't cut, so I should feel a hundred percent, but yeah, it was just a w an off day I think.
So
Um, okay, so I usually don't squat on the platform with glasses on 'cause I don't want to see everyone.
You know, I I wanna pretend I'm alone.
But in the warm up room I still had my glasses on 'cause in training I will squat with my glasses on.
