And, you know, both of those guys, you know, the calendars against them to come back as starters.
But, you know, anytime you can add experienced players
pitchers especially you know ben brown stuff is clearly shown even just earlier this year that it plays well um and coming out of the bullpen and so yeah they could have a real variety of arms at their disposal you know as they get into september and the end of the regular season
Yeah, I think it's kind of interesting.
Obviously, the Blue Jays are going to need innings to get through the season, and I think Tyone makes a lot of sense for them.
We had a chance, obviously, to talk to Tyone in Pittsburgh after what ended up being his last outing as a Cub, and
You know, I think maybe just a new set of eyes.
I think from the Cubs perspective, you know, the reason that they, you know, DFA them at the time they did is just they were, I think, struggling to see, you know, how any changes were leading to a better performance.
I mean, Councilor kind of said it.
He was like, you know, you know, I was looking at the numbers and stuff and what I'm seeing is,
and what the hitters are doing against it don't match up.
And so I think that was the concern and obviously resulted in them moving on.
And obviously, Tyone's going to get an opportunity in the Blue Jays rotation, and it's cool.
You know, he's a Canadian native, and he pitched for Team Canada in the WBC this year.
And so it's neat for him, you know, getting to go pitch for Canada's team.
