It's a little hard read for some folks.
And his his basic premise is, if you know your numbers, you'll be profitable.
And if you're guessing at your numbers,
Maybe you'll be profitable, maybe you won't, but I would rather be reliably consistent and conservative in how I set up my business.
A smart business person is going to set up their business to be successful on a 10 or 10 and a half month timeline, not a 12 month timeline.
The 10 months I've got, well, A, people take vacations.
People don't work every day.
I mean, you've only got 244 days to produce in a year.
But if you want to hedge against that, you're going to drop that number back, pull out another 30 days.
