And yeah, you start to deal a lot more with agents.
But by that stage, I knew who the ones you could trust, who the ones you don't get along with or you don't want to take their word for things because they might be just manipulating you to get a better outcome for their clients, which I can understand.

But I made a decision with quite a few agents that I didn't want to deal with them because I felt like
It was always on their terms, and that wasn't in my best interest to do what was best for them.
I needed to do what was best for our readers, which was provide the truth.
Oh, sometimes you're trying to create leverage where there isn't.
You know, they want to create interest.
They'll tell you that, you know, what this club that's interested in my player when that might not be the case.
They'll say that this player is worth this amount.
We've got an offer for this amount because it helps them in negotiations with another club.
And...
Some people might be happy to do that.
I wasn't, I wasn't happy to peddle someone else's agenda because.
That's because I would then ring the club.
