But I choose one day every like one day a week when I wake up early and I'm just like, boop, boop, boop. You know, and nine out of 10 times I get the green light and that, and that's it. And it's, and it's awesome.

Sometimes I'll just do prayers and pushups, you know, but like morning having a, some sort of a plan in the morning for me that gets me going, that like fires up my engine is super important.

Even if you don't, like, it just does.
