Last year I did some events and we all hosted our kickoff show, which we're doing again a little bit later on today.
It's just amazing for us to be able to give back to all the fans.
Obviously, you know better than anyone, Steph, we would not be in these chairs today if it wasn't for them.

Despite the fact that a lot of you guys are really hard on me online, I understand all that.

It's not lost on me that you guys showed up here today to be a part of this.
So I went to Syracuse University to the Newhouse Broadcasting School, which is still today one of the best in the world.
I actually went to be a sportscaster initially, and I worked with Mike Tirico, who many of you might know.
Mike was a really good friend of mine.
We graduated together.
We called Syracuse football and basketball games together.
In fact, I was awarded the Bob Costas Sports Scholarship my senior year at Syracuse as being one of the most promising.
That's pretty cool.
sportscasters when i got out of school though it was real difficult to get a sports job at the time i was offered a job to work for west virginia university i had no interest in moving to morgantown so i decided to go down the route of news which i had some training in at college as well
And I just started doing some news, and I ended up becoming one of the youngest network news reporters that was ever hired out of school.
