I met my wife in 1991 in Houston, and she had two young children at the time from a previous marriage.
It was an abusive relationship.
And I came around at the time where she needed someone.
And I was traveling a lot for news, CBS, and
You know, I had a ready-made family.
I was 20, 26, 25 years old at the time.
