Because at the deepest level, belonging is safety.
And at the cost of it is that we end up living life on their terms, not ours.
Yes, yes, yes, yes, of course.
yes course their confidence is a trainable skill
Now, that doesn't mean that everybody that is authentically confident trained it.
They could have had great teachers.
And those teachers could have been parents, you know, uncles, aunts, coaches, you know, fill in the blank.
But it is a trainable skill.
And most people don't know how to train confidence and they just kind of look at other people that are confident and want to label them as being arrogant, maybe, and or think that they're just kind of lucky.
but that's something for them, not for me, but come to find out confidence is a trainable skill as well.
Would you agree with that?
I would a thousand percent agree.
I think that some people's opinions hold great power.
It would be quite callous to think that the opinions of others are just an opinion and don't actually influence the way and the direction of our future.
Your supervisor, the coach that you're playing for.
There's so many people in our lives that have incredible power from their opinion.
So yes.
No, I don't think it is apparent.
Unfortunately, I'm going to give you a piece of research that is not, people don't like to hear this.
And when I say it, you might go, oh gosh, that's terrible.
