You could like you could say, what the fuck are you talking about?
You know, and he wouldn't be pissed off.
I'm disappointed.
I actually asked him not a couple of years ago, I asked him, would you work with me on a men's mental health program where we tried to talk to men in a way that wasn't focused on mental illness?
It was focused on the stories, the people, and somehow we weave it in there.
And he said, absolutely.
And then I find out, you know, he's saying that, you know, that it's pussy to, you know, like this kind of stuff.
And that's disappointing, but you know,
Live and learn.
I still like the guy and I still like the fact that he was such a great guest because you could fight with him.
You guys must know this.
Guys that you fight with and they solve, that's no good.
But if you can find someone who you can fight with and debate with and argue with and you can tell them you're a fucking idiot and they're not going to get mad because it's showbiz, then that kind of stuff is gold.
You know, the first thing you have to do is you have to think about it.
Men don't think about their mental health because people don't tell us to think about our mental health.
And it's an awareness that shit happens, right?
You know, you see these stats about how many people actually are living with mental illness.
And you go, holy crap.
Then you got to think to yourself, okay, well, if one out of five have it, if one out of two experience mental health challenges by the time they're 40, then why would I assume it's not me?
But we do assume that it's not us because we have no clue what it is.
