And one of the things I say, I mean, I've traveled around this country and a lot of the U.S.
talking about mental health.
And one of the things they say is, if you haven't been through it, you can't understand it.
No matter what, you can't understand it.
People think they can, right?
Because we use the word depression to say, oh, you know, my dad passed away like four years ago.
You know, I'm depressed about it.
It's not the same as the illness.
So there's an awareness that we need.
And I tell people, you got to understand, it's not what you think it is, right?
If you think that someone with depression has been, look, you know, sad and they're going to be crying all the time.
Fuck, men don't do that.
You know what men do?
They get pissed.
They get angry.
They yell at their kids.
They yell at their wife.
They act like assholes because they can't show the real pain they're in.
They can't show like in hockey.
You couldn't show sadness, right?
