Um and and there are always two sides to these kinds of stories, no matter how explosive they seem to be.
But I come back to the fact that we we learn from the basic reminder that these kind of conflicts between the chair, the board, and the CEO do happen.
Now we start with the reports that say the chair was not universally popular to begin with.

uh legitimate request, uh and that may have run contrary to existing corporate culture.
Um he also reportedly wanted to streamline and refresh the board.

Again, a totally legitimate uh goal.
Maybe not the first thing that you do when you come up to bat.
I don't know.

And you kinda wonder whether this was something of a bull in a china shop situation, but we don't know.

He made it clear that he had tried to set an example.
by chewing chauffeur driven limousines, private jets and other perks.
