Uh i i it it's difficult reading, it's not upbeat, but I think it's probably important reading for for leaders in healthcare.
Then there's the other, the latest, what they call youth survey.
It's I think it's Gen Z, if I've got my generations right.

I'm I'm not an expert on this, but it comes from the Harvard Kennedy School.
They do it twice a year.
And, you know, I've got to tell you, you you're you're gonna wanna read those after, not before you've had your first cup of coffee for the day.
Um uh they they really tell an important story, a story that board members might be surprised about how some of the disaffected members of society actually view the healthcare delivery system and the level of trust that they or don't have in it.
So far so good.
But I think you ought to mention uh uh that because the next trend does kind of stroll a little bit closer to the political line.
Uh because it's the sense that that
Principles of corporate responsibility and corporate ethics.
which, you know, some of our older um uh uh listeners may remember that came into prominence after the Enron era, uh might be uh on a way of a c a custom of a comeback of sorts.
And that's something that the board should embrace and maybe plan to get ahead of.
And I think again, we're at the very beginning of this, but by corporate responsibility, uh I'll use the ABA uh definition.
uh behavior by corporate leaders that conforms with law.
And results from the proper exercise of fiduciary duties.
As well as ethical behavior.
Beyond that.
