Yep.
But the day before that, I did like walk through.
I just walked through the gym and I was like, you know what?
And then I did some squats and then I did some planks and then I kept walking.
Yeah, I improved.
We'll see.
And then I had my creatine.
It did feel better to have creatine after I worked out.
It felt a little more like I earned it.
But then I had Honus.
That was a couple days ago, the plastic chicken.
And this was the day I was very healthy.
No drinking, workout, creatine.
Protein, diarrhea.
So...
Diarrhea.
I just... I don't love the way that went.
The creatine I have heard can upset your stomach, but I've been on it and it hasn't.
Maybe it only upsets your stomach if it's after a workout.
But I know someone who is on it who said that.
