to a planning commission work session for further discussion.

Um also give staff a chance chance to reevaluate the uh newer application um and I think we'll have better information uh when we come back.

If staff can evaluate and get the report to get it done in time, I don't believe um it depends if they need additional information from the applicant, but um I would not be opposed to that if staff can turn it around that quickly.
