All right, we'll convene um so I'd like to uh with with there's a no objection, I'd like to withdraw my previous motion in favor of a revised correct motion.

I move the Planning Commission denial ledgy 2025-53 Dulles North Technology Park Commission Permit 2025-9 based on the findings for denial provided as attachment for the September 22, 2026 Planning Commission Public Hearing Staff Report.

I further move the Planning Commission forward Leggy 2025-53, Dulles North Technology Park, ZMAP 2024-17, Special Exception 2025-15.

Uh one zero one and special exception twenty twenty five dash one zero two to the board of supervisors with a recommendation of denial based on the findings for denial provided as attachment four to the September twenty-two, twenty twenty-six Planning Commission public hearing staff report.
