We decide what therapy, you know, what school, do we homeschool, do we not homeschool, right?

All of these things that we're deciding on.

And it can always feel like, you know, we did the wrong thing.

And can we come back to this moment and trust, you know, our heart?

That's really when we come back to our heart.

And just put your hand on your heart.

Close your eyes.

Take that breath.

You know, what's most important right now?

And just do that thing right now.

And then do the next thing, that next now.

that's all we have.

I'm a huge fan of Eckhart Tolle, who I think is a wonderful teacher.

I'm actually just listening to his book.

He has two books that I love, but one is The Power of Now.

And I suggest if anybody hears me say that, they listen to it.

You can buy the book if you really love to read it.

But really listen to it.

He's a beautiful teacher.
