I mean, of course, who doesn't want that?
It's why like putting on your seatbelt can become fairly automatic because you get in the car in the same way.
The car is exactly there.
The seatbelt's in exactly the same place.
There's not much to it.
Now, I suspect if I was forced to crawl in through the trunk of the car.
I might not have a habit anymore.
And so when we're trying to build a habit, our context is constantly shifting.
And I love what you said about resilience because that's part of what I talk about in the book and in a method I have.

Because of course it is.
Like if your plan is like, I'll work on writing my sub stack.
I'll do it after the kids get on the bus to go to school.
The question we have to ask is what happens when the kids don't get on the bus?
Because that is surely coming.
