And you're talking about teenagers and that.
If you bring in a system like that, for example, you make it strictly so that you're talking about over 18s because there is that huge issue about younger teenagers and psychosis and the whole everything that flows from starting at a younger age.
But I'd very much be in favour of bringing it in in terms of cannabis and just to see how that goes.
It's gone with mixed results in other places.
Some have been very good and others not.
And the evidence is kind of mixed and the reasons why it has gone in a particular way.
There's two elements.
There's obviously the serious element which is climate change and this is impacting on it and there's still not a take up among the population that are willing.
to do what we're being told by scientists have to be done.
That's no question about all of that.
On the other hand, like we had a heat wave here for a few days.
I mean, this kind of thing, the extent to which we had it is relatively regular in Europe and a lot of other places.
They did a lot worse than we had, but the extent to which we had it.

There's no question in the world about that.
The only point I'm making is our reaction to a heatwave in terms of everyday thing, it's like this massive panic.
It's something that they go through in the rest of the world on a regular basis and they have done.
And they're set up for it though, no?
That's true and that's the point.
We're going to have to start getting set up for it because of those things.
