That's worked out pretty well.

Um they they had a pretty good winter in my point of view.

And all that paid off.

And the reason it just didn't work.

Guys didn't hit guys didn't perform.

Like it's it's hard to point to that uh or point to anything other than Vlad didn't hit, uh Barger got hurt, Kirk got hurt, and you know, some other guys didn't perform.

And I'm not I'm not sure what else you do about that.

And that's gonna be kind of the same question.

I do think heading into the next offseason, uh, they are gonna need to find another bat somewhere, probably in the outfield.

Yeah, absolutely.

I mean, it's it's kind of frustrating too.

You can push all the right buttons and pull all the right levers.

And sometimes things are just completely out of c your control and there's nothing you could do about that.

And there were times where it felt like they were getting unlocked, like, you know, Springer started to wake up.

Uh, and you know, you you started thinking maybe some of the younger guys come up would perform.

Uh, and it just it never really came together.

I feel like they weren't that far off.

Uh, but obviously playing the American League East does nobody any favors.
