have just attended the eighth auction in a row and been blown out of water and those are like draining conversations as a mortgage advisor because you're continuously being like and they're and they're asking you like can we get more and all this kind of stuff and yeah we were busy and we did well through that period or whatever but it was a different kind of work you know like we really get to be it was almost like it was so busy back then when the market was

So everything's better now.

Yeah, massively.

I have dark memories of... That was a patch, eh?

Yeah, that was... That was hard to live through.

And it was like, oh, I've lost my job.

I've missed a mortgage repayment.

What do I do?

Yeah.

And, you know, like...

We still see a little bit of it, but no way near, no way near.

Like there was a period where I was like, oh shit, this is dark, dark.

Yeah, there was, I had all sorts of stories where we had like clients that were probably closer to like the baby boomer age with debt that would, yeah.
