That's a big...
Admin oversight.
Yeah.
Um, the most common, you've paid it off, but actually there's, yeah, there's something there or we see it real commonly when people are like leaving flats and they were the one on the power bill or something.
And like the power bills just keep sending the overdue letter to the flat.
And it's like, well, that person's left.
So we don't open that.
We chuck it in the bin.
Um, and then the other one is just non-disclosure.
And it,
So non-disclosure is basically pointless.
Everyone's got a story or here's a mate that they think they got away with it or whatever.
It's all bullshit, man.
All of your financial stuff and your credit history is tracked whenever you've taken out a loan and written your name down somewhere or asked for a credit card.
You signed a little tiny piece of thing like this at Harvey Norman.
That's gone on your credit report, like when you bought that TV for zero interest for 18 months and then paid it off in full.
It's all there.
If there's anything like that and you're trying to not disclose it, yeah, it's all there.
And when the credit check occurs, because every time you go get a home loan, you will get your credit checked.
the lender so they should like to check the non-disclosure and see if you're lying about your finances so you're just better to be up front with it and then what happens is if you're up front with it we can advise if there's any changes we have to make yeah and that's like our job it's like okay cool you do have this like gem in this you know after pay and whatnot
