we don't want you guys to break up and then lose our 400k and it's like cool use this like deed of acknowledgement of debt it works like a gift but basically it means that once this property is sold in any event whether it's a relationship or they sell it completely and they move to another house the kids or whatever

After the bank's been paid, the next person to get paid is mum and dad.

They want their 400 grand back, and there's no interest on it while it's in the property.

There's no repayment needed to be made.
