And whatever that repayment is on the million dollar loan with a 5% or 6% interest rate, the repayment stays the same.

So what happens to a 30-year loan term often, if it was fully offset for the whole time and you worked out that calculation, it might get paid off in somewhere between like 12 and 15 years for the exact same repayment as a 30-year repayment.

So if you want to pay above the minimum repayment, it might be even faster.

You don't very often see like 100% offset loans.
